Some companies have a workhorse. We're building you a War Horse.

Process transparency

How We Build

Destrier is built around operational proof, not launch-page optimism.

Placeholder for safe process proof screenshot or audit evidence image.
Process proof slot: replace this placeholder with safe audit, test, sprint, or real-device validation evidence before W.319 closes.

Weekly audits

Security, performance, privacy, configuration, isolation, database, observability, rate limiting, accessibility, code quality, and complexity checks are rerun on a standing cadence.

Sprint documentation

Major work is tracked through sprint docs with scope, claim boundaries, acceptance criteria, verification, and closeout notes.

Regression tests

Customer-facing claims and risky workflows get focused regression checks so the product does not quietly drift backward.

Real-device UAT

Mobile and field workflows are treated as real-device work, not just desktop browser views squeezed onto a small screen.

Mobile parity standards

Route coverage is not enough. Parity includes workflow behavior, permissions, notifications, audit evidence, offline behavior, UX, docs, and UAT ownership.

Offline-first field workflows

When signal drops, field-critical work should be captured locally and synced safely with duplicate protection when connection returns.

Security and permission checks

Access controls, company boundaries, role permissions, and audit evidence are part of the workflow definition.

Online-only where it matters

Some sensitive actions intentionally stay online-only when live permission checks, external provider state, or financial and compliance boundaries require it.
